Account Registration & Verification

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

Account Suspension & Closure

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.

• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account restriction.

Where a suspension is imposed pending investigation, any real-money balance in the account (excluding bonus funds) will be held securely and returned to the player if the investigation concludes that no breach occurred. Investigations are typically completed within 14 business days.

Voluntary Account Closure
